Background (Preamble):
On the 11 of July of 1995 a genocide occurred in Srebrenica. During this time of the genocide Forces from The Netherlands that were part of the U.N. were assigned to defend the people of Srebrenica.
The forces were not able to defend the people and this led to the murders of 8,000 people in Srebrenica.

The Final of the 2010 FIFA World Cup will be held on July 11. So we would like to see there be a moment of silence for the people who were massacred on this day in 1995.
