In England life does not mean life for paedophiles who go on committing sexual abuse; when a second offense is committed, the sentence should mean life.
Children are to paedophiles like whiskey to a alcoholic they rarely only commit one crime. Human rights do not apply in this crime.
Once a child has been abused they live a life sentence. Why not the offender?
