The Steele Mansion is being reconstructed after nearly being razed. It has been approved to be used as multi-family housing (apartments). There are 15 units.
Petition:
We would like to share the Steele Mansion with everyone, not just a select few, by using the mansion as a one of a kind bed and breakfast with 15 available suites. Painesville zoning code defines a bed and breakfast as owner occupied and 5 units or less.
Please help us get a variance to open a bed and breakfast with more than 5 units.
