With the recent attacks of Shane Geoghan in limerick city last week, we have to come to the conclusion that the garda siochana are losing the war on drugs.
Is it not about time we realised it's the 21st century and decriminalise drugs, taking all profit out of the business of the drug game, we can educate people properly around drugs, and put them through EU standards ---- you do not have to be a drug user to sign, I'm not myself just another concerned citizen.
