The MPs have refused to pay taxes despite the provisions of the new constitution.
To paraphrase a recent ruling made BY THE SPEAKER OF NATIONAL ASSEMBLY, 'No one has the authority to defer implementation of sections of the constitution'. Double standards? I rest my case.
