Background (Preamble):
On behalf of the footballing world but mainly the Premiership I am campaigning against the rapid increase in foreign players stunting the growth of English youngsters.
Petition:
Both FIFA and UEFA are pursuing variations on regulations which will boost the numbers of home-grown players in teams' starting line-ups.
