MY CAR IS INVOLVE IN AN ACCIDENT, AFTER THE POLICE REPORT IS OUT I SENT IT FOR CLAIM BUT THEY REFUSED, MEANWHILE THE CAR WHICH CAUSED THE ACCIDENT ITS INSURANCE HAS REFUSED TO PAY BECAUSE THEY CLAIM THEIR CLIENT HAS VERBALLY TOLD THEM THAT IT IS NOT HIS FAULT.

I AM ASKING IS IT NOT PROPER FOR AN INSURANCE COMPANY TO USE A POLICE REPORT ON ACCIDENT RATHER THAN VERBAL INFORMATION.
