It is our understanding that the Chesapeake Preservation Act has weakened the protection laws in regards to the wetlands and protective buffers in the City of Norfolk.

Petition:

We, the undersigned, request the City of Norfolk City Council halt new building in the Estabrook neighborhood so that the residents can request a regional drainage assessment as it relates to the Radford Street Ext.
