Background (Preamble):
Last Sept. 2011 CAAQuebec introduced their own mastercard, penalizing their members of 1 cent a litre.
Petition:
CAA Quebec has taken away the 2 cents a litre given to members when gasing at couche tard. CAA Quebec is now forcing their members to take the CAA mastercard to get their 2 cents a litre.
When not using their card, we get only 1 cent. I would like the CAA Quebec to reinstate the 2 cents a litre.
