BEAR a 2 year old German shepherd pup was found dead at a property in pembroke dock on the 11/06/2012 by pembrokeshire county council and dyfed powys police.
He had been abandoned by his owners and not left any food or water for 2-3 months.

We, the undersigned, call on the RSPCA, PEMBROKESHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL AND DYFED POWYS POLICE to arrest and prosecute the people responsible for the care of BEAR the 2 yr old german shepherd who was left abandoned and left to die in a property in pembroke dock.
