Jorge “Rivi” Rivera has been imprisoned by the State of Florida since 1986, while his boss, Griselda Blanco, was freed in 2004 after only serving ten years.
There is no doubt that Griselda Blanco ordered numerous more homicides than Rivi is accused of commiting, yet Griselda is a free woman.
Rivi has paid his debt to society and should be pardoned by Governor Jeb Bush.
