Background (Preamble):
“I will rape you till you die” The gruesome threatening words of officer Yousif Mulla Bukhait to Hassan Oun.
Hassan Oun is an 18 year old boy from Samaheej city, Bahrain has previously been arrested 4 times. During his time of arrest he was reportedly raped by inserting a hose into his anus by officer Yousif Mulla Bukhait. This same officer continued to then call Hassan after his release; threatening that he would arrest him again and this time rape him until he was dead.
Hassan is now arrested, no one knows what is happening to him behind those bars, no one knows what kind of new crimes the Al-Khalifa regime are committing against this young man. But what we all know is that he must be released now!
He must be granted a guarantee that he will be released without fear of returning behind those bars and without any further harm being made. Officer Yousif Mulla Bukhait and all those involved in the ill-treatment and arrest and torture of Hassan must be prosecuted!
