In the River Springs Development and surrounding areas there are no large cities that are with in a 5 mile radius in the State of Oklahoma or any community services.
There nearest towns are under the population of 500 and are not able to offer any services to our area.

We in the River Springs Development and mapped area wish to ask the County Commissions of Cotton County to grant us the right to Charter the Town of River Springs, Oklahoma.
