Background (Preamble):
After the debacle that was Frank Lampard's disallowed goal (THAT WAS CLEARLY A GOAL) was shown on TV as a clear goal. This just proves that FIFA need to start using Goal line technology as an aid to officials in matches.
Situations like this should no longer be part of football, technology like this is in use in other sports, so why is Sepp Blatter so against it, if he does not want it then maybe it was time he was replaced too.

Petition:
We, the undersigned, call on FIFA to start using goal line technology in all competitions due to the disallowed goal suffered by Frank Lampard against Germany in the 2010 World Cup and also to call for a vote of 'No Confidence' in Sepp Blatter.
This technology is in use in other sports, so why not football!
