Background (Preamble):
Brad Childress took over the helm as the Minnesota Vikings head coach in 2006 and he did the impossible: worsened the Vikings record under Mike Tice. A 6-10 team with the talent on the Vikings roster is unacceptable.
Many of the problems that were present when Tice had control over the team still remain despite a massive turnover in roster, leading many to believe that the biggest deficiency in the team is the head coach.

We, the undersigned, request that Mr. Wilf terminate Brad Childress as Minnesota Vikings head coach immediately. He does not possess the coaching expereience nor does he possess the skills necessary to coach a National Football League franchise.
By hiring a replacement, the Vikings stand a chance to become a better football team that is not limited by the shortcomings of its head coach.
