Support training and development for local Christians in Charsadda, Pakistan

Background (Preamble):
Charsadda a City about 26 Kilometre away from Peshawar provincial capital of north west region of Pakistan. There is only one church in Charsadda and there are thousands of Christians living under the poverty line. Most of them are sweepers and the Education ratio is also so much low. I want to help them. And for this purpose i need your help
Petition:
This is Farhan Sami From District Charsadda, Khyber Pukhtoonkhwa, Pakistan. I want that ruby NGO work for local Christian community they are very poor and needy people living under poverty line. There is no government and and NGO here to help them.
I am working with an NGO here but they are also violating my labor rights. I do 9 hours duty for them as a manager, computer operator, accountant, community Mobilizer, and as office boy for just 4.5 US$ per Day. I did master in Anthropology from University of Peshawar I am not so much experience but i want to work for Minorities of my own City Charsadda and for this purpose i need your help i want to run an organization for the development of local Christians.
And in this organization I would like to give them jobs and run development programs for them in Education, Health, Livelihood and skill development related activities.
