Fairer Qld motorcycle licence rules

Background (Preamble):
The Qld RTA have made a rule for people who want a motorcycle licence to have a full open driver's licence before being allowed to have a motorcycle licence. The rule used to be optional where u could obtain a motorcycle licence without a driver's licence needed.
The new rule is unfair to people not wanting a driver's licence but instead want a motorcycle licence but have to obtain a open driver's licence before being allowed to ride a motorcycle with 50cc or more. Now we no longer have a choice. Now it's harder to obtain a motorcycle licence and it takes longer.

The Qld RTA should change the motorcycle licence rules back to allow people to obtain a motorcycle licence without needing an open driver's licence.
