Did you know that in the majority of government jobs - city, county, state, federal it matters if you are a veteran and you get veteran preference points?
But the Douglas County, WI board decided if you are a US military Veteran that doesn't mean a thing and you don't get preference points. Even if you are a disabled veteran you also don't get any points.
Tell your Douglas county, WI board members you want them to make it LAW for veterans to have preference points for employment.
