We, the undersigned, ask The Prime Minister Tony Blair, Foriegn Secretary Jack Straw and the Home Secretary Charles Clarke to urgently seek:
1. Comprehensive information from the US regarding the medical condition of all 8 British non-nationals.
2. Full access to detainees by independent medical professionals, family members and a cross- parliamentary group of MPs.
3. The immediate repatriation to the UK of all British non-nationals detained at Guantanamo Bay.
4. Full disclosure regarding the involvement of the British Government in the detention by the US of all 9 British non-nationals.
