In china, dogs and cats are cruelly tortured to death for their meat and fur.
The dog population is also kept down by "dog beating squads" who bludgeon them to death with clubs!
We must put an end to these horrific acts of cruelty!

We, the undersigned, urge the Chinese government to put in place animal welfare laws and to enforce them fully to end the totally barbaric practices currently in place!
