Background (Preamble):
Due to BP's conflicting and biased information pertaining to the Relief Well D (#2) and substantial evidence supporting ongoing damage to the seafloor, we are demanding an independent and public survey of BP'S Relief Well D and the surrounding seafloor. And further conflicting reports from BP themselves indicating that the Relief Well is capped in Sept 2011 despite the obvious truth that is disclosed in the above WAR's.

At no time in history has a major oil company been allowed to oversee and manage their very own crime scene. This in and of itself should raise doubt as to the validity of BP's claim that "everything is OK in the gulf"!

We, the undersigned, demand the United States government to:
1. Take immediate actions to prevent BP any further access to their own crime scene of the MC252 and site of the Deep Water Horizon explosion of April 2010.
2. Demand an immediate, independent and public survey of BP’s Relief Well D and the surrounding seafloor.
