Change The PK Rules on PH Server!

Background (Preamble):
Hello Fellow Rappelz Philippines/Malaysians/Singapore players.
The PK (PlayerKill) /PVP (Players versus Player) Rules are ridiculous. They are too poor,and they dont include rules about wasting our CS (CashShop Items). We spent hundred of money on the game,and what do we get as exchange?
We get our CashShop items that we paid for,with our own real money, wasted.We get our Dungeon Parites Ruined....THIS SHOULD STOP !
On all other rappelz servers there are rules about harrasment and CasShop Items, for example those are the rules on Rappelz US server :
"-We do not condone the act of constantly PKing someone, or a specific group, without any verifiable & legitimate reason, to the point that they are just about unable to play without being PK'd."
Personally I used to play on US Server for 4 years,they are punishing players that have killed a whole DungeonParty that was on SS/AC ! So please Sign the petition if your want this to stop !
