Background (Preamble):
I want to start a Humane Society in our community in order to limit the amount of strays that we have.
I also want a way to provide care for these animals that are so unfortunate to being tossed out like trash.
I believe this organization would end the chaos of constant animal cruelty and make our community more in sync with the animal community.
