Help Build Pakistan 2010

Details of Major reforms / issues which needs immediate attention and redress are:-
a. No agricultural reforms, where smaller Indian Punjab can support many times larger India than Pakistan, then there is very very fundamental problems in our agricultural policies which needs drastic reforms. b. Educational reforms. We have the best brains in Pakistan and Human Resource is the most precious thing in the world today, but we are not utilizing these resources to our benefit. We suggest that there should be drastic educational reforms with equal standard and level of education for all private and government schools. There should be one Syllabus for entire Pakistan except the regional languages to be adopted. c. Industrial Reforms. Certain additional institutions should be opened like technical and vocational colleges in each city for providing the nursery for the Industries and Government should open up new Industries on its own with strict audit policies. d. Power Reforms. Many new small and large dams should be approved and built in the country. Besides many new ways of alternate means of power / electricity production should be adopted. e. Political Reforms. All parties should have independent elections and nobody to be its president for more than a specified number of times. There should be real democracy in the Political Parties. Malaysia is an example, read more on : http://www.state.gov/r/pa/ei/bgn/2777.htm
c. Social Reforms. Every body in the country to be held responsible for social well being of others. Strict disciplinary action to be taken for littering around, spitting, and other social evils. d. Communications / Transportation Reforms. Every city of Pakistan to have local railways, trams, metros etc and government should provide ways and means for public transport instead of private transport. This will reduce the enormous traffic jams, will lessen the fuel bill of the country and people will be happy.

f. Austerity Measures. These measures to be adopted by every Government Official. Only local made vehicles be allowed from President of Pakistan to a lowest grade employee who is authorized a vehicle.
These are just a few reforms and We suggest that all Political Parties sit down on the table and chalk out a strategy for Build Pakistan 2010 otherwise it will be too late and the things will be out of control of everybody.
