Background (Preamble):
There has never been a virtual-on on a handheld, and the iphone of mega man X wasn't very good.
Petition:
I think sega needs to bring out a virtual-on compilation onto the ps vita, since there has never been a virtual-on on in a handheld console, and it would be interesting to see it on a handheld, and bring the snes version of mega man x, since the iphone version sucked.
