Target: Local San Marcos representative

Petition Background (Preamble):

Texting and Driving has caused many accidents, especially among young adults. This would decrease with simply harsher punishment.

My solution is to enforce a harsher law against texting and driving. Also educate young adults more about the dangers of texting while driving.
