Petition Background (Preamble):
Deaf residents want their own comfortable living apartments that are furnished with necessary items such as light flashing door bells, phone flashing light, videophones and designed for the deaf. Manager has to know we need these items and that sign language is important for safety reasons.
Social life among the deaf is very important that are not available in other complexes. The deaf have suffered enough in their past lives. Please let them have the best lives in the last years of life.

I sign to leave Apach ASL Trails as is now. We want deaf people to have the right living arrangements.
