I can't get a job because...I'm 12. I want to upgrade some parts of my PC. I have no income for myself whatsoever. How many people are in my shoes? Not many? You'll be surprised...

Mr. Cameron, listen. I know it's not your fault, as you didn't make any of these rather unwanted laws. But please, for today's youth, give them a better childhood by enabling them to get the money to enjoy it. Pocket money can't buy a 2.0Ghz Intel Duo Core Processor with multi threading!
