Background (Preamble):
The Department of Environment & Natural Resources is introducing Marine Parks into SA with large No Take Sanctuary Zones within them, which will ban fishing in many areas currently enjoyed by fisherpeople.
We are not against preserving the marine environment, just against the government taking away man's right to fish. We do not believe that line-fishing will destroy the natural environment.

Petition:
We, the undersigned call on DENR to eliminate the ban on line-fishing in Marine Park No-Take Sanctuary Zones due to the negative social & economic impact it will have on our Australian Lifestyle.
We urge the Government to significantly reduce the boundaries & review the location of Sanctuary Zones within all SA Marine Parks or risk causing undue stress & hardship, loss of amenity, destruction of business, tourism & employment & a reduction in seaside real estate values.
