Aberdeen College doesn't allow its Students to access social networking sites despite the fact that the Aberdeen University and RGU allow it.
In the 21st century, Social Networking is increasingly becoming an essential part of the way we communicate.
In denying Aberdeen College students access to social networking, they are denying us the opportunity to engage with student activism by getting involved in national and local campaigns of importance which are now.
Aberdeen college are denying a fundemental student right and in doing so they stand to create a generation of apathetic students.

We feel that Aberdeen College should get with the times and reinstate Social Networking such as Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr and word press. For the reasons mentioned above.
