As a well-representative sample of what a scientific means as human capital, putting the name of the Latin-American region held high, for his tireless struggle and medical science, at his 96 years of age, for contributing to give hope to cancer patients giving up for free his knowledge, we want this man to be awarded the Nobel Prize in Medicine.
