Background (Preamble):
In Home Support Services now requires finger printing and background checks for all Aids, including family members of those being cared for.
Petition:
The Bill ABX4 19 only requires finger printing if they find a violation of law, and/or illegal act. But the agency is requiring finger printing or the Aid will be terminated.
