Tom Casey has been a dedicated employee and a valuable asset to Grotto Pizza for more than a decade. During his tenure with the company, he has spent the bulk of his career at the Grand Slam location in Lewes. Tom has become a staple to that restaurant.
He is a familiar and friendly face to the customers who visit regularly and the ones who are there for the first time. To the employees, Tom is a father figure. He is someone who is caring, yet stern; dependable and unselfish. Tom Casey has become the foundation for the Grand Slam and losing him would be detrimental to the company. The customers and the employees will feel the magnitude of this loss.

We, the undersigned, call upon Grotto Pizza Inc. not to transfer Tom Casey to another location.
Tom is an asset to the Lewes location and losing him would be like losing a member of the family. Our family of customers and employees is willing to fight to keep Tom at our restaurant.
