Background (Preamble):
Excessive speeding and reckless vehicle driving has occurred on numerous instances since the inception of the Pembroke, Park West neighborhood along Hall Point Rd and Wellstead St. intersections.
Petition:
We, the undersigned, request that 3-Way Stop Signs be erected at the 2 intersections of Hall Point Rd. and Wellstead St. in the neighborhood of Pembroke, Park West, Mount Pleasant, SC 29466.
In light of the proximity of the homes and the high volume of young children playing in Pembroke, there is a major concern for the safety of children and pedestrians due the frequent speeding and reckless driving in the neighborhood.
