The Tilbury Ferry is a vital part of Thurrock’s transport infrastructure. It’s also more than just a link between Essex and Kent; it’s an irreplaceable piece of the history of the Thames.
Thurrock Labour Party has always supported the ferry, while Thurrock Conservatives have wanted rid of it since they took control of Thurrock Council in June 2004.
We are calling on everyone who cares about the ferry, its current use and its history to let the Tories know exactly what they think and to join our campaign to make sure it remains in service.

We, the undersigned oppose Thurrock's Conservative Councillors plans to axe funding for the Tilbury Ferry.
