Background (Preamble):
We the residents of the neighborhood between Peralta and Mandela Streets / 34th and 36th Streets, want to have the weekly street sweeping days changed from Saturday and Sunday to Monday and Tuesday.
In the recent years our neighborhood has changed significantly and is now zoned as "HBX" (Mixed Use). There are fewer businesses and many more residences. The climate of our neighborhood is now more residential than Industrial as it was in previous years.
