Background (Preamble):
The DDA Section 1 which include pitbull type dogs is flawed and is not working . We are requesting a repeal to this section and want owners to take responsiblity
Petition:
We, the undersigned request a repeal of Section 1 of the DDA 1991.
The law has had no effect on public safety and it is the owners of all dogs that need to be made responsible and the way forward is not Breed Specific Legislation, it is Ownership Responsibilities. BSL is Racism amongst Dogs and will not be tolerated.
