Suspend punitive actions involving parking violations at JALC

The parking situation at Jalc, particularly revolving around the E and G buildings is not large enough to accommodate the amount of students attending the school. Recently there has been an increase in how many students are in a class.

JALC is currently under construction of an additional parking lot the expected date of completion for which has been pushed back a year to Spring of 2011, however the new class sizes and lack of parking area presents a problem that affects both the students and faculty who attend and teach in the College.

The simple fact is that there is not a single spot to park in these lots and in result many are being ticketed and towed. Many students are late to classes. Furthermore, both faculty and students have been forced to park in undesignated areas.
