Petition Background (Preamble):
Presently, the music played by the bar operated by Gascon Villas, especially on weekends, can be heard 100 feet or more from that location. It is believed that the varying volume level of music throughout the evening until wee hours of the morning, is a ploy to attract the passing vehicles on the road rather than for only the enjoyment of the bar's patrons.
The amount of noise emanating from the bar has interfered with the "quiet enjoyment" of our homes and is especially disturbing to the many elderly and young children resident at Satar Street.

Petition:
We, the residents of Satar Street, Aranguez, call on the Environmental Management Authority to investigate and enforce the law with regards to noise pollution pervading from the bar at Gascon Villas as the current level of noise is unacceptable and must be reduced.
