Tony Hart inspired thousands of children over the years to pick up a pencil or paintbrush and create art. His unending enthusiasm for children to express themselves has led to the rich creative media this country displays today.
In recognition and commemoration of his efforts, I feel that a corner of the National Gallery should be the home for "The Gallery" a Tony Hart memorial art space. Where new art, public art and famous artworks can be displayed together to inspire, promote and unite the people of the UK and art in the same way that Tony Hart did through out his TV shows and life.

We, the undersigned, politely request that in recognition of the work of Tony Hart, a space in the National Gallery, London be established as "The Gallery".
An area dedicated to new art, public art and famous artworks, would continue his education and inspiration of the nation's children.
