Many, many users of eBay are dissatisfied by the way the organisation is being ruined by the current management.
Fraudulent listings that are reported to their TRUST & SAFETY team are not removed.
Increased charges for poorer services
no identity verification
feedback ambiguities
eBay's reluctance to look after their customers
auto responses to emails that often do not address the issues
Some legal goods are prohibited on the site (eg, Cuban goods)
Censorship of the Community Question and Answer Board
poor search engine functionality
established sellers being suspended because of 1 or 2 neutral feedbacks
