ARCHBISHOP turns up heat on TEC

Orthodox Anglican news website, VirtueOnline, has reported concerning the DIOCESE OF THE RIO GRANDE, that a source has told VOL that the diocese will be the first diocese in TEC to come up with a plan that will allow parishes that wish to leave the diocese and the Episcopal Church to do so.
